Live: Melburnians to spend extra fortnight in lockdown, with some tweaks to stage 4

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says metropolitan Melbourne will remain under stage 4 lockdown until at least September 28, but the nightly curfew will begin an hour later and some Melburnians will be able to create social "bubbles".
