The Knights welcome Pasami Saulo and Bradman Best into the 17 for Sunday's clash with Manly at Brookvale Oval following last weekend's loss away to the Cowboys.
Newcastle have opted to rest Tim Glasby (concussion) while Best, who missed the previous round for breaching coronavirus protocols, replaces fellow centre Gehamat Shibasaki.
The Knights (9) are one point ahead of the Sea Eagles (8) on the NRL ladder after the opening seven rounds.
Newcastle have experienced mixed results since the competition resumed from the coronavirus break - two wins, two losses and a draw.
