Live: Human trials of COVID-19 vaccine begin in UK, National Cabinet slated to meet

The first of 500 volunteers have received injections of a potential coronavirus vaccine in the UK, but participants won't be deliberately exposed to the virus.

In Australia, National Cabinet will meet to discuss the ongoing coronavirus crisis. A debrief on the infection rate is also expected.
