[Live] EU's 2 main blocs lose majority in polls, eurosceptics & greens gain ground

The centre-right European People's Party (EPP) remains the largest partyt in the European Union, but drops 38 seats in the EU Parliament, as eurosceptic and green parties make strong gains.
