Live: Restrictions in Regional Victoria will ease from tomorrow night, Daniel Andrews announces

Premier Daniel Andrews has announced regional Victoria will take step three in easing restrictions from 11:59pm tomorrow.

The new rules will allow household members to visit one other nominated household, outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people, and cafes will be able to seat up to 50 people outdoors.
