Boycotting same-sex marriage vote would be 'a spit in the eye'

As the debate around the same-sex marriage postal vote heats up, Liberal MP Andrew Laming says a boycott from yes supporters would be a "spit in the eye" for all Australians.

Earlier, former High Court judge Michael Kirby told the ABC he would boycott the "completely unacceptable" postal ballot, saying it treated him as a second-class citizen.
