Live: Andrews says lifting restrictions in regions with no COVID-19 cases problematic

The Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says relaxing restrictions in specific regions depending on their active coronavirus cases would be a problematic exercise.

There are 82 active coronavirus cases outside Melbourne and there is pressure to lift restrictions in the regions that don't have any cases.
