Perrie Edwards has announced that she won't be joining her Little Mix bandmates for their upcoming performance in Brazil.
The South Shields born singer has told fans that she is too unwell to travel or perform in a personal note to the fans via her Instagram stories on Friday night.
The rest of the girls will still sing at the Memorial da América Latina in São Paulo, before the band head back to the UK to complete the next leg of their tour.
Perrie , 26, wrote: "Hey everyone, I'm so sorry to announce that I am unable to travel and perform in Brazil with the rest of the girls on Sunday due to being unwell.
"To all the fans that are attending the show, I'm heartbroken I can't be there with you, but I know the girls will absolutely smash their performance and give you everything in my absence. Lots of love Perrie x"
The girls are currently mentoring a wave of new talent in the brand new BBC1 singing competition called The Search.
They are on a quest as they mentor a wave of new talent, in a bid to find a new boy, girl or mixed-sex band.
The new bands will be doing what the girls have been doing for years and perform live and collaborate with songwriters, producers and stylists.
"We want to create lots of incredible groups who really gel," Little Mix said in a statement.
"As we have been there and done it ourselves, we know what it takes to make a group successful, and will be there to mentor them every step of the way.
"We want solo-artists to audition as well as groups and every type of genre is welcome too. It’s going to be really exciting and people can apply right now!"
The tour will include a stint in Hyde Park in front of 65,000 adoring fans.
The Search is set to launch on the BBC later this year.
