Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall got a shock on Christmas Day as she was bombarded with dirty comments from fans as she counted down to her birthday.
The South Shields born singer is turning 28-years-old on Boxing Day on Christmas Day this year, she let fans know she was getting frustrated with waiting.
The star shared an edited photo of herself on Instagram showing herself submerged to her shoulders in water while wearing a Santa hat and adding bright green eye shadow and red lipstick.
She captioned the image: “me waiting for Christmas to end so my birthday can begin.”
However, she was not prepared for the filthy comments that followed her post.
“Don’t look at my story, if you don’t want to m********!!” the follower wrote – prompting Jade to respond.
“You comment so quick like damn chill out hun,” Jade replied – before taking a screenshot of the exchange and adding it to her Instagram Stories.
Uploading the screenshot, she added the caption: “these horny commenters have no chill.”
Unfortunately by highlighting the sordid comment, Jade appeared to inadvertently encourage other fans to leave filthy remarks in the comments section to the post.
In response one fan wrote: "Hun you might wanna sort out your comments cuz...nasties everywhere."
