• The stolen vehicle contained vital hospital equipment for her twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe.
• Nelson's daughters have been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a rare genetic condition causing progressive muscle wastage.
• The singer has become a prominent advocate for SMA, launching a petition for its inclusion in newborn blood spot screening and meeting with Health Secretary Wes Streeting.
• Earlier this month, screenings for SMA were brought forward in the UK to October 2026, a development Nelson expressed pride in.
