Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock insist she has no plans to share her twins' names or gender

Leigh-Anne Pinnock proudly announced via social media that she had welcomed twins back in August – but fan’s shouldn’t expect an updated announcement declaring what her babies are called.

The 30-year-old Little Mix star and her footballer fiancé, Andre Gray, are getting adjusted to their new lives as caring parents to two bundles of joy.

And while Leigh-Anne is happy to discuss the trials of juggling work with raising and feeding two babies, she says there are some elements of parenting she wants to keep to herself and out of the spotlight.

The singer became a mum just days before her Little Mix bandmate Perrie Edwards, 28, and her footballer fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain welcomed a baby of their own.

And while Perrie and Alex announced via Instagram that their son’s name is Axel two weeks after they became parents, Leigh-Anne says she and 30-year-old Andre won’t be following suit.

In an interview with The Telegraph alongside bandmates Perrie and 28-year-old Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne said: “I’m just gonna keep it to myself.”

In the interview, Leigh-Anne and Perrie did open up about being parents – and some of the difficulties of it.

Perrie explained: “There’s no such thing as having a scheduled lifestyle any more.”

Leigh-Anne agreed, saying: “Like you say, Pez, you can’t plan anything. Even when you want to feed them at a certain time, it never goes to plan.”

The two mums went on to give an insight into their sleeping regimes since becoming parents.

Perrie revealed: “Axel is a good sleeper, but I don’t know how you’re doing it with two, Leigh-Anne.”

Leigh-Anne replied: “I don’t even know myself.

“Last night was horrific. I’ve tried to feed them at the same time, one right after the other. That’s normally quite a good routine, but it wasn’t last night. Oh, it was horrible!”

Leigh-Anne and Andre became first time parents on August 16th, declaring their double arrival as a “miracle”.

Sharing a photograph of two tiny sets of feet, Leigh-Ane revealed to fans on Instagram: “We asked for a miracle, we were given two... Our Cubbies are here.”

Meanwhile, Perrie and her husband-to-be announced their own babies arrival just hours between Leigh-Anne’s announcement.

Fans were convinced at the time that Perrie and Leigh-Anne had a secret pact between themselves about their babies arrivals as Perrie announced the birth of her son a day before Leigh-Anne revealed her twins had arrived a week before.

One fan reacting to Perrie’s announcement, and hours before Leigh-Anne’s, wrote on Twitter : “Yo lLeigh-Anne for sure already gave birth to her baby too. Which means her baby is also a leo. im living for it.”
