Little Mix's Jesy Nelson broke down on stage during a live performance and had to be comforted by her Little Mix bandmates.
The tears came as the four piece were performing ballad The Cure to fans in Milan.
Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock turned to Jesy during the track and sang the heartfelt lyrics directly to her.
The song includes the lines: "I was a little bit hurt, but I'm not anymore. I was a little left out, but I'm not anymore."
But it was all too much for Jesy who crumpled and couldn't stop the tears falling.
As she dabbed her eyes, her three pals noticed her reaction and wrapped their arms round her in support.
It came after Jesy spoke for the first time about her attempted suicide in documentary Odd One Out.
Jesy said that following intense trolling about her weight and looks she took an overdose of pills and went to bed.
She said: "I laid in bed for ages and kept thinking, 'Let it happen,'" but she was found by her boyfriend at the time who called an ambulance.
Her bandmates also spoke of their experience in seeing vile trolls destroy Jesy's happiness.
Jade described watching Jesy turn into a "broken doll", while Leigh-Anne sais the trolls "took away her passion" for music.
After Jesy describes the moment she nearly took her life, tearful Jade says: "I remember feeling really angry at all those people.
"I wanted to just find every single person that had ever said anything horrible to her and look them in the eye and say 'look what you’ve done to this girl'.
"Every single person who said something should have been held accountable."
Just after the shocking documentary went to air, Little Mix have embarked on a European tour.
But just a few gigs in, the girls were forced to cancel a performance in Vienna after a truck acccident.
They said they were 'broken hearted' to tell fans one of the production trucks was in an accident earlier on Thursday.
It was revealed no one was hurt in the catastrophe.
But the girls were left without their staging and lights ahead of their concert in Vienna.
Little Mix promised their fans all of their tickets would be refunded for the show.
