Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall was busy enjoying a night out with her pals when another party-goer decided it was her place to make a nasty comment out her outfit.
She was partying at Arbeia Bar in South Shields and based on her Instagram it looks like they were having a great time.
But it wasn't long before the night was dampened by a woman who insulted Jade's choice of outfit.
According to the pop star, the woman walked up to her and her friends just to tell her the suit she was wearing was "horrible" and that she "wouldn't wear it".
But luckily Jade wasn't having any of it, and took to Instagram to hit back at the rude woman.
Writing on her stories, she said: "To the woman in the bar tonight who went out of her way to tell me and my friends that my suit 'looks horrible' and she'd 'never wear it..."
She then posted a video which shows her dancing for the camera, grinning and putting up both her middle fingers.
Later that evening Jade posted a picture standing in front of a neon angel wings sign at the bar, wearing the suit in question.
It was a co-ordinating acid wash or army pattern, which she paired with a white t-shirt and white chunky trainers
In response to the picture, a number of fans complimented Jade on her suit, whilst others were quick to connect the pose with her previous Instagram stories.
One fan said: "THAT SUIT LOOKS SOO GOOD ON YOU!!!"
A second said: "I love your suit tho"
Another fan said: "To the woman that hated on your outfit" alongside the middle finger emoji and laughing faces.
And a fourth said: "u to that girl that slagged off ur suit"
