Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall got all hot and bothered when speaking to judge Paul Hollywood on The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer.
But when she tried to initiate a coveted Hollywood handshake - she was left cold as he totally ignored her.
Matt Lucas, who hosts the show, immediately picked up on it and asked Jade: "I saw that, you just tried to initiate a Hollywood handshake, didn't you?"
Jade replied: "Well, I knew I wasn't getting one, but one can hope."
Jade had baked Porn Star Martini Fondant Fancies, and Prue Leith tasted a bite before telling Jade: "There's a whack of passionfruit, it's lovely."
Paul said: "You've actually got the texture right for the inside as well, of a fondant fancy. It's like a rough diamond, it's all there, and if you'd finished them up neatly, it would be spot on. But the flavours and textures are fantastic."
"Thank you very much." said Jade, before holding out her hand tentatively for a handshake - as Paul put his hands firmly in his pockets.
But Matt gave Jade a handshake instead, as she told him: "Do you know what, that means the world, Matt, I am not washing my hand!"
She told the camera: "I think I am a bit of a rough diamond, so to call my cakes that, is quite apt."
Earlier on in the show, Jade revealed she had a crush on Paul as she gushed: "Paul's eyes are something else aren't they?
"I am getting all hot and bothered!" she added, fanning herself.
After Paul visited her at her station while she was baking, she added: "Paul's eyes.... Very intense, isn't it?"
One viewer tweeted: "jade’s absolutely melting for paul i’m not able @LittleMix #gbbo ".
Another giggled: "Jade being obsessed with Paul’s eyes #GBBO " while a third added: "Love that Jade is openly lusting over Paul's eyes lol, can't say I blame her."
