Little Mix were defiant this morning when they joined Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp to insist they had no plans to split up.
Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock told Roman, along with Sian Welby and Sonny Jay that "Little Mix are forever" and that "we never want that to be over, never ever ever."
The girl group have been under pressure since Jesy Nelson quit the band and there have been constant rumours that they would all go their separate ways, with reports of the three of them being offered other projects away from Little Mix.
Sian was direct with her questions to the band and asked whether the forthcoming greatest hits album would be the ideal moment for them to take a break from being Little Mix.

She asked: "We’re obviously buzzing, every single bop is on there, but because it’s a greatest hits album, and we’ve seen this in the past, Spice Girls, you know, all the other big bands, are you taking a hiatus after this album?"
Jade was quick to retort: "Oh you had to ask!"
Sian said that she was just doing her duty for 'Mixers' everywhere by asking: "The fans have been plaguing us with the question! I promise I said I would."
Jade was defiant with her reply: "Oh bless them, look, listen, Little Mix is forever isn’t it."
Sonny then pointed out that it was the lyrics of one of their songs that had cast doubt on the longevity of the band.

He said: "Listen the reason why we ask is because in fact, the last lyric of this whole album is 'they think we’re going to break up, but what the hell do they know'.
"So obviously all your mixers are going, what’s going on? Now, what do you know? Is there a hiatus coming? Are you going to go full 1D on us? What do we need to know?
"Perrie and Leigh-Anne come on, you’re being very quiet here."
This stirred Perrie into responding, with the singer saying: "I think no matter what Little Mix do, whether we venture out individually, whatever we do, Little Mix is forever, like Jade said.
"We’ll always stick together, we’ll always tour, we’ll always do things together as a group, because, Little Mix is just, it’s fire.
"And I hate to say it, what we have is something special and we know that, and we know that Little Mix as the three of us is so so strong, so we never want that to be over, never ever ever."

Roman was impressed with this response, telling the threesome: "Oh you know what, that was a great answer, really nice.
"It’s making me really upset. It’s fair enough because you girls, since I’ve been doing radio, I’ve been speaking to you girls, do you know what I mean, so for me, seeing things here and there, it makes you wonder what’s going on?
"I guess you are so right. You girls as a three, you’re like best mates."
Jade agreed with this sentiment: "We literally are."
Roman continued: "You talk to each other non-stop. Exactly, it is forever, you’re so right. That’s a very nice thing to say."
Jade likened themselves to Mick Jagger's iconic band: "You know like the Rolling Stones, how they’re still going…"
Sian offered "Zimmer Frames?" before Sonny added: "Let’s wheel them back out shall we?"
Jade enthused: "Yeah honestly! I want people to be sick of us in 50 year’s time."
