A girl was left in tears after a visit to Santa's Grotto.
The little girl visited Santa's Grotto with her mum at Dobbies in Southport yesterday (Tuesday November 15).
The mum and daughter's visit to Santa didn't go to plan however.

When leaving the garden centre the girl fell over which led to a hasty exit.
As a result, the "stressed out" mum left behind her daughter's gift.
She took to a local Facebook group to see if anyone had picked up the wooden train.
The mum wrote: "Hi. We attended Dobbies grotto this morning. My daughter fell over on the way out so was all stressed out. I put her gift on the boot of our car while I put her in and then we drove off.
"If anyone has been or is going today please keep an eye out in the car park. It was a little wooden train. She is pretty devastated. Thanks."
One generous person was quick to comment offering to buy the girl another train if it didn't reappear.
They commented: "Hello, if it doesn’t show up, send me a pic if you can and I will buy one for her."
The mum was quick to thank her.
She wrote: "Ahh that’s so lovely! I wouldn’t ask you to do that but thank you for your kind comment."
