A disgusted and upset family has issued a plea to those who were part of filming a degrading video in north Dublin to own up to their actions.
The adult spoke out after their little cousin was led down to Erin's Isle in Finglas by his own group of friends who turned vicious and ganged up on him.
His so called group of former pals laughed as they poured yogurt on him while posting the video over Snapchat for all to see.
The family member said: "I’m literally so disgusted, my little cousin was brought down to Erin's Isle, ganged up on by so called 'friends' who poured yogurt all over him and posted it all over Snapchat slagging him, calling him names.
"I'm not a parent by any means but for people who are, own up to your child being apart of it, your kids aren’t all angels.
"Some people are in denial of what their kids are doing to other kids, you’ve no idea how much something like this can affect a child for the rest of their life.
They added: "Everyone who was a part of it should be hanging their heads in shame."
