For those still traumatised after the launch of Ariel Pink’s deeply creepy Picture Me Gone video earlier this week, its director, Grant Singer, has now applied his visual interpretation to Underbart – the latest single from digital soul group Little Dragon.
Featuring Don Bolles of the legendary LA punk band the Germs (who also now plays in Pink’s band), the video shows fragments of singer Yukimi Nagano’s possessed and paranoid flashbacks and premonitions.
Little Dragon, who released their fourth album, Nabuma Rubberband, earlier this year, will take part in the first instalment of a new video series, entitled Tour bus confidential.
