Lisa Riley has shown off her stunning 12 stone weight loss in a selfie that shows she is 'slimmer than ever'.
The 42-year-old former Emmerdale actress has credited giving up carbs and alcohol for her new-found figure.
Lisa is currently performing on P&O Cruises in a Strictly-themed show alongside pro dancers Neil Jones and Graziano Di Prima, as well Strictly favourite Debbie McGee.
Lisa posted a selfie in which she is unrecognisable from her first appearances on Emmerdale, dropping from a size 28 to her current size 12 frame.
Posting on Instagram , she told her fans: "First night off on our @pandocruises @bbcstrictly cruise the Showcases are going to be so EXCITING...loving working with @mr_njonesofficial @giada.lini @grazianodiprima @thedebbiemcgee what a beautiful, talented, funny group of people!!!

Despite such impressive results, Lisa admitted that she still has 'blips' but in cutting out carbs, it has helped her take more responsibility for her health.
Lisa said: "Everyone is bound to have little blips along the way, but don’t see that as failure and a signal to give up – just draw a line under it and move on...
"I had made myself fat by gorging on bread, crisps, crumpets and red wine. Once I accepted responsibility for my health, weight and lifestyle it made it easier to take control.
"You don’t have to have starter, main and pudding."
The other main change Lisa has made has been in her mind, in which she has fought against the view that she was a "chubby" actress and sought roles that fitted that notion.
