It has been 26 years and 10 seasons since Friends first arrived on our TV screens.

But even now, when we're not stalking the stars on social media, we're searching for priceless anecdotes about what the cast got up to on set.

The latest screen secret comes from Jennifer Aniston who plays Rachel Greene in the hit American TV show.

During an interview with Variety's Actors on Actors, Jennifer revealed a hilarious thing that co-star Lisa Kudrow always did on set.

When Lisa asked Jennifer whether she'd watched Friends since being in quarantine, she revealed that she loves stumbling across an episode of the show.

Jennifer then recalled a time that she watching bloopers of the show with Courteney Cox, who played uptight Monica Geller, when she realised that Lisa always laughed at her own jokes.

She said: "This one time I was with Courteney [Cox], and we were trying to find something to reference, an old Friends thing.

"And then we stumbled on – there's bloopers online – and we sat there at the computer like two nerds watching these bloopers laughing at ourselves".

Lisa, who played scatty Phoebe, also admitted to spending hours watching bloopers.

Jennifer went on to say how Lisa often burst into fits of giggles before delivering the punchline.

She said: "You and I would always get into these fits of laughter because you had this wonderful ability to - you were about to hit your punchline, and you would do this adorable thing where you would break.

"You would say the punchline, and you would always turn to the audience and say, 'I'm sorry, it's really funny.'"

Lisa replied: "If I knew I was going, I wouldn’t say the punchline — I didn’t want to ruin it."

And Jennifer added: "You did have an ability to giggle, to break during the punchline. Because you as Lisa also thought it was funny, what Phoebe was saying. Which was so endearing."

Jennifer later asked Lisa what her favourite episodes of the show were, but she revealed that she hadn't actually ever watched the show back - and for the most heartwarming reason.

She said: "I don’t watch the show. I’m still not watching it in the hopes that one day we sit down and watch them together" - can this be arranged?
