The Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings have declared their seven inactives players for their Week 7 matchup at Ford Field.
Here are the Lions inactive players:
DT Mike Daniels (foot) — Ruled OUT Friday
CB Amani Oruwariye (knee) — Ruled OUT Friday
DL Da’Shawn Hand (elbow)
OG Oday Aboushi
OG Beau Benzschawel
RB Tra Carson
QB David Blough
After missing the last game with a hamstring injury, and being limited in practice this week, Diggs is now able to return to the field, giving the Lions secondary a huge boost. Tavon Wilson and Will Harris will return to third and fourth safety roles, but will still see the field often today.
Rick Wagner showed up on the injury report this week with a knee injury, and after getting a full practice in on Friday, he will be active and ready to square off once again with the Vikings Danielle Hunter.
Hand got in his first full practice of the year on Friday, but he’s not quite yet ready to return to game day action just yet. He will sit out at least another week and could possibly return for next week’s game against the New York Giants.
Daniels and Oruwariye haven’t practiced in two weeks and until they get out on the practice field, they likely won’t be active on game day.
Oday Aboushi and Beau Benzschawel are once again active with the seven offensive linemen ahead of them on the depth chart all healthy.
Tra Carson has only been with the team for three days, so him showing up on this list isn’t overly surprising.
David Blough will be the Lions emergency quarterback but is not part of the Lions 46-man game-day roster.
