The Detroit Lions have added another player to the mix on the defensive front. Free agent tackle Darius Kilgo signed with the Lions on Thursday morning.
Kilgo was waived by the Tennessee Titans shortly after the 2019 NFL Draft concluded last weekend. He has bounced around the league in his four seasons, including one year with Matt Patricia in New England.
He was originally a sixth-round pick in 2015 out of Maryland by the Denver Broncos. Kilgo earned a Super Bowl ring as a rookie, and then captured another the next season as a member of the Patriots. The 27-year-old has 16 career tackles and no sacks in 29 games.
