The Detroit Lions have opened up the first day of their 2019 training camp practice to the public after previously restricting it to season ticket holders only.
If you are a season ticket holder who has already signed up to attend, no worries, the Lions have reserved seats available for you.
“The team has announced that their first Training Camp practice on Thursday, July 25, is now open to all fans,” the Lions announced in a statement. “Reserved seating will be available until 10 AM for season ticket members who have already RSVP’d.
“Gates will open one hour before the listed practice time. Training camp will have activities for all ages, including: ticket and merchandise giveaways, autograph opportunities, photos with Roary and the Detroit Lions Cheerleaders, tailgate games, and free face painting.
“Training camp information is available and will be regularly updated at Detroitlions.com/trainingcamp.”

- Friday, July 26, 9:30 am ET
- Saturday, July 27, 9:30 am ET
- Sunday, July 28, 9:30 am ET

- Thursday, August 1, 9:30 am ET
- Sunday, August 4, 9:30 am ET (season ticket holder only)
Joint practices with the New England Patriots
- Monday, August 5, 9:30 am ET (season ticket holder only)

- Wednesday, August 7, 9:30 am ET
While these times are tentative and subject to change, the team consistently held to them last year.
