Lions final Week 1 injury report: Trey Flowers set to play

The Detroit Lions released their final injury report of the week on Friday with some optimism. After being limited in practice on Tuesday and Wednesday, defensive end Trey Flowers was a full participant in practice on Friday and has no designation for his game status, indicating he will be good to go on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals.

The rest of the injury report shows four players listed as questionable:

  • LB Jarrad Davis (ankle): Limited on Friday
  • DL Da’Shawn Hand (elbow): Limited on Friday
  • CB Rashaan Melvin (knee): Limited on Friday
  • OL Frank Ragnow (ankle): Limited on Friday

According to Lions Wire’s Erik Schlitt, Ragnow should play, Melvin’s availability likely will be determined by a pregame workout, while Davis and Hand are probably going to sit out the season opener.
