Event times
Gates to Chepstow Racecourse open at 4pm with the concert expected to start at 6pm and finish at 11pm. You can also choose to camp at the racecourse, perfect if you also have tickets for George Ezra.
If you don't have tickets for George Ezra you can still camp for one night and the camping check-in time is 2pm on the day of the event. You must check out by 10am the following day.

Are there road closures?
There will be road closures for the concert. The A466 - southbound will be closed between Itton Roundabout and Kingsmark Lane. South of Kingsmark Lane will be two-way traffic, but there will be no left turn from Kingsmark Lane onto the A466.
The B4293 westbound will be closed from Piercefield Avenue to the Itton roundabout. Weston resident closure - Kingsmark Lane to Piercefield Avenue. There will be resident access to Piercefield Avenue, The Rosary and The Cloisters.
The A466 and B4293 will be closed from 11am to 8pm. The A466 will be closed from Devauden Road to the Itton roundabout from 9pm to 2am. Diversions will be in place which involves funnelling all traffic down Welsh Street and into Chepstow town centre.
Where to park
There is still parking at the racecourse available to book for the concert. You can book your parking here and must book in advance.
There are also park and ride services available from the David Broome Event Centre in Chepstow and the University Of West England's Frenchay Campus in Bristol. The park-and-ride car parks will open at 12pm, with buses every 20 minutes from 2pm to 8pm, and after the concert from 10.30pm until 00.30am.

Car
There is general admission, accessible and VIP car parking available to book at the Racecourse. Car park bookings can be made , but it should be noted that the parking for Lionel Ritchie and George Ezra are sold out. Car parking tickets can not be bought on the day of the show.
Shuttle Bus
There will be a direct return shuttle bus from Newport Train Station to Chepstow Racecourse for all events over the weekend.
Newport Shuttle Newport Train Station in Queensway offers a ride to the racecourse for £7.50 per person. It will be operation from Friday to Sunday from 2PM until 8PM, with a bus travelling every 20 minutes. Service will resume at 10.30PM with the last bus at 12.30AM. There is one wheelchair accessible space per bus available.
Public Transport
There are a variety of public transport options available to get to Chepstow Racecourse. You can find links to local bus and train services to plan your journey ahead of the event on their website.
Taxi
There is a dedicated taxi drop-off point which is located opposite the entrance to the racecourse. If using Uber, you can type in 'Chepstow Concerts' into the app and this will direct you to drop off point at the racecourse.

Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper are not permitted. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can as this would speed up your entry to the festival.

Tickets
You can still book tickets to see Lionel Richie at Chepstow racecourse. Tickets are available to book on Ticketmaster, by clicking here.
All tickets are digital and available to access via your Ticketmaster Account. Physical tickets are not sent out.
All Chepstow 2023 tickets are Mobile Entry – so your phone is your ticket! You must download your tickets before heading to the site. Please make sure to follow the instructions below before leaving for your event to ensure that your tickets can be scanned for entry regardless of the connectivity at the venue.
1. Download or update the latest version of the Ticketmaster app for the iPhone in the Apple App Store or for the Android in the Android App Store.
2. From the app, find your order in My Events.
3. View your tickets by tapping View Barcode. Screenshots of your barcodes won’t get you in. Once you have viewed your tickets in the Ticketmaster App. Your ticket is automatically saved so it is always ready. Please ensure you do not log out of the app.
An information point and Box Office will be situated at the main entrance to the arena which is located in the main concourse of the racecourse.
You can buy tickets on the day of the event from the box office if the event is not already sold out. The box office will be open from 2pm to 9pm.
Food and drink
You cannot bring your own food and drink into the venue and bag searches will take place. There will be a wide range of food and drink outlets available offering a range of options on site. All food concessions and bars are cashless
If you have a medical condition, then a doctor’s note will permit diet-specific food and drink only. One sealed water bottle is permitted per person max 500ml and one empty reusable water bottle is permitted. There will be free water refill stations at the venue.
No alcohol can be brought into the racecourse. Bag searches will be in operation on entry.
General information
Animals are not permitted on site, except registered assistance dogs. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket.
Children aged 2 and under can attend for free and don’t require a ticket. All other children must have a full-price ticket to enter the festival. Prams are not permitted into Chepstow Racecourse. The concert will not be cancelled if it rains.
You can also take in a folding camping chair, one per ticket holder.
