The summer transfer window is hotting up and for Manchester City it could turn out to be the most exciting in history.
The Blues are being linked with the spectacular signing of Lionel Messi, who could be set to leave Barcelona.
Messi believes he has activated a clause in his contract allowing him to leave for free and that he is no longer a Barcelona player. The club say that clause had expired, and the only way he can leave is if a club activated his £630m release clause.
Board meetings are taking place and possible lengthy court battles could ensure, but City are waiting in the wings and could be ready to pounce to bring perhaps the world's greatest player to the Etihad.
On top of that, City are also eyeing up Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly as a possible signing to strengthen the centre-back position.
