Lionel Messi has been given the all clear to face Real Madrid in el clasico on Wednesday.
The Barcelona superstar has been battling a right leg injury since the 2-2 draw against Valencia.
Messi’s goal continued his goalscoring streak to nine games and topped up his total to 21 goals to lead the race for the Pichichi – six clear of team-mate Luis Suarez and nine clear from Girona’s Christian Stuani.
And now Sport have reported Messi has been given the “green light” to line up for the Blaugrana in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final.
Everybody is calm, adds the report, and why not? Barcelona, whilst dependent on the Argentine, have shown they are capable without him.
He missed Barcelona’s 5-1 league rout of Madrid in October because of a broken right arm.
But Los Blancos have since picked up under Santi Solari, stablising their season after it threatened to spiral out of control.

Solari said the uncertainty wasn’t affecting his team’s preparations.
“It’s always good to have the best players playing in every match,” he said on Tuesday.
“Whether he plays or not, it’s not going to influence how we prepare for the game.”
Tomorrow’s clash will see the bitter rivals play the first of three matches in less than a month.
Whilst Champions League will return with both sides involved in last 16 ties in between.
