The Niche restaurant in Irvine has designed a new 'Lion Rampant' burger ahead of tonight's Euro 2020 showdown between Scotland and England.
In honour of the Auld Enemy clash, which kicks off at 8pm, fans can grab the latest creation this weekend only.
The bumper burger consists of two beef patties covered in melty Arran whiskey cheese, topped with Ayrshire smoked bacon, drizzled in Irn- Bru mayo paired with haggis and Buckfast cheese sauce loaded fries – and comes with a Tunnock's tea cake on the side.
This is the second burger the boutique Harbourside restaurant has created in honour of the national team following the battered Caramel Wafer-topped burger earlier this week.
Excited for tonight's match game burger is Niche chef and creator of the Lion Rampant and Tartan Topper burger Iain Armour.
He said: "I took Scottish produce, the Arran cheese, Ayrshire bacon, Irn-Bru and Buckfast tonic to showcase good Scottish flavours and it's a wee bit of fun; tongue and cheek.
"Everyone is doing a Scottish-themed burger but I wanted to do something that no one has seen before and take it up to another level. I'm a big Scotland fan and wanted to do a Scottish burger but make it 'Niche'.
"It was my idea and then all of the boys added to it and it evolved from there.
"The more Scotland progresses in the Euros the more extravagant the burgers will become. Tuesday is the next game and happens to be our two-for-one burger deal that so we'll need to take a step further.
"I'll be working tonight's game but I'll be cheering the team on. C'mon Scotland!"
