Lio Gerrard looks like he has been enjoying himself in the sun - getting ice cream all over his face in typical toddler fashion.
Lio, two, was snapped with his feet in a pool as he enjoyed a large Cornetto-style ice cream that he could barely hold up.
Blonde-haired Lio had a water pistol beside him and wore some colourful fish patterned shorts, as he beamed at the camera.
Lio's shorts were from Liverpool-based brand Vincentius Bespoke - which does matching dads and lads shorts.
The kids' shorts retail at £35, while the men's version costs £49.
The brand shared the snap of Lio to their instagram page, saying: "Little Lio Gerrard wearing our Turquoise Fish Print Swim Shorts.
"Swim Shorts are available in both Children & Adult sizes. In Store & Online."
The fashion brand didn't mention if Reds legend Steven had purchased the matching dad shorts.
But after Steven also shared the snap to his Instagram stories fans flocked to leave cute comments underneath the post.
