Linlithgow Rose's Scottish Cup clash with Falkirk set for TV coverage

Linlithgow Rose's William Hill Scottish Cup third round clash with League One side Falkirk has been selected for BBC TV coverage.

The clash at Prestonfield will be shown on Friday, November 22 with a 7.05pm kick-off with the tie broadcast live on BBC Scotland.

Brown Ferguson's men booked their place in the third round  thanks to a 2-0 victory over Stirling University at the weekend before being handed the glamour tie.

The East of Scotland Premier League club had already negotiated their way past Preston Athletic, Jeanfield Swifts and Huntly.

This will be the first time that a third round tie has been broadcast and Linlithgow Rose will announce ticket information at a future date.
