Lingerie chain Boux Avenue to open some shops with new rules

Boux Avenue, UK lingerie, swimwear and nightwear chain, will begin a phased return to shopping centres and the high street from Wednesday, June. 24.

The brand will begin its first stage of the roll-out by opening an initial seven stores, with plans to reopen further locations in the coming weeks.

Due to the nature of Boux Avenue’s product and Government social distancing guidelines, the boutique-style fitting rooms and expert bra fitting service will not be open until further notice. However, the brand’s specialist bra fitters will be on-hand to consult with customers on finding the best bra for their shape and style.

Customers will also be able to shop up to 70% off in Boux Avenue’s current sale.

A Boux Avenue spokesman said: “The safety and confidence of our customers is always our number one priority, so our colleagues have been working hard behind-the-scenes to ensure that rigorous safety measures are in place. Like many retailers, we are facing a “new normal” in terms of how our stores operate, and we are confident that with the high level of expertise and specialist experience of our store colleagues, we’ll continue to offer our excellent standards of customer service.”
