Linfield will host their Annual General Meeting tonight (Friday).
The Blues have invited all club members, senior members and life members to the virtual AGM which will take place by way of an online Zoom.
The Windsor Park club - who are closing in on a 55th league title this season - sent out invitations to members over the past week.
The meeting is a follow-up to the 2020 AGM which was held online and delayed to October.
Some of the key issues for discussion tonight will be:
- Presentation of 2020 accounts;
- Team manager's report;
- Chairman's report on key issues within the Strategic Plan;
- Transition to full-time model from June 1.
There will also be an election to the club's board with four candidates for three positions.
Hosting with meeting will be chairman Roy McGivern alongside president Peter Lunn, vice chairman Stephen Dickson, hon secretary Andy Conn, finance director Jonathan Wilson, first-team manager David Healy and general manager Pat Fenlon.
The club said: "Yesterday members should have received an email with full details on how to register to attend tonight’s online zoom AGM.
"A significant number of members have already indicated their intention to attend tonight’s AGM by following the registration process upon receipt of yesterday’s email.
"Members wishing to attend the AGM are encouraged to register their intention by acting on the details in the email sent by the club yesterday.
"Any member who did not receive the email yesterday is advised to contact the club urgently."
