Linfield manager David Healy has been named NIFWA Manager of the Month for August.
While the Blues played just two games in the Premiership last month, they made their mark in the Europa League by reaching the playoff round.
In August, Linfield knocked out both HB Torshavn and FK Sutjeska, before beating Qarabag 3-2 at Windsor Park in the first leg of their playoff.
Healy's men lost the away leg 2-1 (4-4 aggregate) to lose out on the away goal rule.
Healy said: "It was an incredible journey.
"I thought my days of going to places like Azerbaijan and Montenegro were over when I retired from international football, so to get the chance to manage there with my beloved Linfield was an incredible experience.
"We've got a lot of plaudits for success in Linfield, and I am grateful for this award, but know we have to refocus on the Irish League.
"There's no point doing well in Europe if you don't back it up in the domestic game."
It is the second award in the space of a week for Linfield after Shayne Lavery was named NIFWA Player of the Month for August.
