Linebackers still available in free agency after the Browns don’t draft one

The Cleveland Browns selected seven strong players throughout the 2023 NFL draft, filling positions of need while not escaping the value on the board. One position not addressed, however, was the second level of their defense as no linebacker was selected. Could they turn back to NFL free agency now that the draft has come to a close?

While the Browns brought back Anthony Walker Jr. and Sione Takitaki, two players who were having breakout seasons before suffering season-ending injuries, there is not much depth behind them outside of third-year player Tony Fields II.

Here are some linebackers still on the open market the Browns could target.
