Line of Duty series 5: Which police officer was identified at the end of episode 2?

The second episode of Line of Duty series five ended on the mother of all cliffhangers.

Having steered Sergeant Jane Cafferty (Sian Reese-Williams) to a confession that she’d been recruited to help a network of corrupt cops by another police officer, DI Kate Fleming (Vicky McClure) excused herself from the interrogation room to grab six mugshots – five from AC-12’s evidence board and one from a filing drawer.

Viewers watched on as Fleming, laying them out in front of Cafferty, asks her whether the crooked copper in question was in one of the photos – and sure enough, they were.

Cafferty identifies the mystery figure and, after some shifty looks from Superintendent Ted Hastings (Adrien Dunbar) in his office, the episode ends... before viewers can see who she pointed to.

So, who was in the photos? Scroll through the below gallery to see who Fleming pulled off the board as well as the ones she left on there.

Line of Duty continues on BBC One at 9pm every Sunday. Read our review of episode two here.
