Line of Duty's Martin Compston has got fans on edge with a bold promise he has made about Sunday's episode.
We are now onto episode 4 of the sixth series of the hit BBC drama and, while its first episode sparked much frustration among viewers, some who were left at a loss to work out what was actually going on and others who got annoyed at the frequent use of crime jargon.
But, by the end of episode 2, which saw no nonsense Hastings arresting new recruit DCI Davidson on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, millions of AC-12 devotees were back to being thoroughly gripped, with things going up a further notch in a very dramatic third episode last Sunday.
And now Martin, who plays fan favourite Steve Arnott, has left his Twitter followers on tenterhooks and slightly concerned what fate might await some characters with a post about what to expect from this week's fourth episode.
On Saturday morning, he tweeted: "Tomorrow’s the big one episode 4!

"On paper one of the best @jed_mercurio has ever written, if we deliver what was there potential to be a classic.
"Like to give a shout out to the young team Shalom and @gregorypiper98 who give outstanding performances in the midst of the madness"
Martin's teaser comes after Gregory admitted to being "anxious" at potentially giving any spoilers away when he appeared on Friday's Good Morning Britain.
Gregory, who plays mysterious returning character Ryan Pilkington, told Ben Shephard and Ranvir Singh: "I just want to tell everyone.
"But it will be so much better when everyone watches it."
