Last Sunday's Line of Duty ended with one of its most intense cliffhangers to date, with Kate Fleming and Ryan Pilkington in a stand-off as they aimed guns at each other.
The shock ending came as the show enjoys an unprecedented viewership, with almost 10 million people tuning in to watch episode 5.
This made the crime drama the second most-watched title of the weekend, after the broadcast of Prince Philip’s funeral on BBC One.
No doubt we'll be seeing plenty more figures like that for this week's episode, as fans tune in to see what happens to Kate Fleming.
However, some dedicated fans believe they've already worked out the fate of the character, played by Vicky McClure.
On Good Morning Britain on Monday morning, Adrian Dunbar hinted that the 'hardcore fans' will already know what happened to Kate.
He said: "A lot of Line of Duty fans know what's going on. All will be revealed in the fullness of time. There's been a very big clue that people haven't caught onto."
Dunbar's hints have already had fans scrambling to find the 'clues' which he could've meant.
Some fans believe the proof that Kate is alive can be found in the short, 15-second trailer (which you can view above) which was released before the first episode aired.
In the trailer, we see Ted Hastings say over a loudhailer: "This is Superintendent Hastings – you’ll be treated fairly with the full protection of the law."
We then see flashes of DI Steve Arnott, and then what appears to be a shot of DI Fleming and Acting DS Jo Davidson, with hands up.
Following this, the camera cuts to a close-up of Kate with her hand on her gun.
Fans have noted that, in this trailer, Kate is wearing the same clothes that she was wearing for her lorry-park meeting with Jo in the latest episode.
So, this seems to confirm that Kate survived the shootout. But how? And what happened to Ryan Pilkington at the end?
