Lindsay Lohan’s stepmother was arrested after allegedly drunkenly attacking a bus driver and taking the wheel of the vehicle on Christmas Day.
Kate Major Lohan was charged with driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness by police in Pennsylvania.
The incident is said to have happened on a Beiber Tourways bus in the city of Allentown.
According to local paper The Morning Call, court records said Major Lohan was angry that she missed her stop and began assaulting the bus driver, pushing buttons and asking about the brakes before a passenger kicked her out of the driver's seat.
The 36-year-old from Florida, who attended high school in Allentown, is married to Michael Lohan, 58, the father of Lindsay Lohan.
She has been released on bail.
