Lindsay Lohan recently paid homage to her breakout movie, The Parent Trap, in a new TikTok video with Jimmy Fallon. The video showcased Lohan, dressed in a glamorous bronze dress, handing Fallon a couple of Oreos backstage. In a playful nod to her characters Hallie and Annie from the 1998 film, Lohan, in a British accent, mentioned that she enjoys eating Oreos with peanut butter, a reference to one of the character's traits.

The TikTok video featured two versions of Lohan, one in the bronze dress and the other in a 'Camp Walden' vintage t-shirt and a white headband, reminiscent of Hallie and Annie's costumes. As Fallon appeared confused, the first Lohan pulled out a jar of peanut butter, further emphasizing the character reference.

The caption of the TikTok video humorously stated, 'They're like… Twins!' echoing a memorable line from the movie. This playful interaction between Lohan and Fallon delighted fans of The Parent Trap, a film that marked Lohan's big-screen debut.

In a recent reunion of the cast to celebrate the film's 22nd anniversary, Lohan shared insights into her experience playing the dual roles of Annie and Hallie. She revealed that people treated her differently depending on which character she portrayed, with Annie being perceived as nicer and Hallie more akin to her real personality.

The Parent Trap, directed by Nancy Meyers, follows the story of twins separated at birth who reunite at summer camp and devise a plan to reunite their parents. The film, available for streaming on Disney+, also features Natasha Richardson and Dennis Quaid.

Lohan's upcoming movie, Irish Wish, is set to be released on Netflix on March 15, adding to her impressive filmography. Fans of Lindsay Lohan and The Parent Trap eagerly anticipate her return to the screen in this new project.
