Linda Pizzuti has brought fans a unique glimpse into Liverpool's new £50m training ground complex.

On a visit with her husband - Reds' principal owner John Henry - Linda shared behind-the-scenes videos with her followers on Instagram.

Recording herself on site, she told fans watching on social media: "We are a few months away from completing the new training grounds here in Liverpool and they are extraordinary. I'll show you inside."

Linda, who attended the Reds' 2-0 win over Manchester United on Sunday, provides fans with video access to the Under-23s gym as well as the first-team and Academy grounds.

The 9,200 square metre centre in Kirkby will be a facility that will house both Liverpool first-team stars and the club's Academy talent.

The state of the art facility will comprise of two gyms, a sports hall, pool, hydrotherapy complex and specialist sports rehabilitation suites.

There are also dedicated TV studios, press conference facilities and offices as part of the multi-million pound project that is being overseen by London architect firm KSS.

This will be the first team's last few months at Melwood, where the seniors have trained since the 1950s, with the site set to be finished before the start of the 2020/21 campaign.
