Hamilton star Lin Manuel Miranda has done an impromptu rap about Cardiff on the streets of New York.
Miranda has been back and forth to Cardiff filming the BBC series His Dark Materials.
During his time in Wales the actor and his family explored Cardiff's parks, Caerphilly Castle and Raglan Castle and fell in love with Wales.
While in New York he bumped into students from Stanwell School in Penarth and burst into a song about his time in Wales.
The whole rap was filmed by student Eleanor Garvey whose dad Michael shared it on Twitter.
In the rap, Miranda said: "What y'all know about Cardiff?
"Well I don't know a lot but it is kind of clutch so do you mind if I come in for a cwtch.
"I have had a whale of at time every time I go and it's getting really kind of serious.
"I went to Caerphilly Castle, St David's Castle, I was the a**hole showing up at every castle."
At this point the onlooking students all started laughing and joined in to another chorus of "what y'all know about Cardiff?"
This is not the first time Miranda has wowed the Welsh with a spontaneous bout of song.
The world famous composer, lyricist, playwright and actor stunned people at Porters bar in Cardiff when he turned up for a singalong night.
Why was he in Cardiff?
Miranda plays the compassionate Texan aëronaut Lee Scoresby in His Dark Materials, which is the TV version of Phillip Pullman's epic trilogy.
BBC One commissioned the drama series and it is being produced by Bad Wolf and New Line Cinema.
Bad Wolf – named after a Doctor Who story arc – is a UK/US-based production company a founded by former BBC Worldwide America Head, Jane Tranter and Neath-born, Doctor Who executive producer, Julie Gardner , which is co-sited in South Wales and Los Angeles.
Anyone familiar with Miranda will not be surprised he rapped about Cardiff.
