One lucky Irish punter won nearly €20,000 in the space of half an hour from a €7.50 Lucky 15 horse racing bet.
The anonymous Limerick punter landed the stunning sum on Monday night from a self-service in a local BoyleSports shop.
Picking four horses, three of their selections came back aces at large odds, Beggining at 4.30 pm in Windsor as Albadri won at massive 100/1 odds.
Next up, Havana Hermano crossed the line first in the 4.40 at Uttoxeter at odds of 11/1. The final winner was Bomb Squad at Windsor, who landed the 5.00 at 28/1.
The three winners combined to turn the initial €0.50 Lucky 15, with the total stake of €7.50, into a stunning €19,889.50 in just 30 minutes.
