Limerick ace Peter Casey cleared to play All-Ireland final against Cork

Limerick star Peter Casey has been cleared to play in the upcoming All-Ireland final.

Casey saw red against Waterford in the semi-final and Limerick appealed ahead of the final.

And it is now a big boost for the Treaty as they will have their star corner forward back for the final.

News was confirmed late on Thursday night that Casey would be availably to John Kiely during the final in what is an added boost to the Liam MacCarthy favourites.

Limerick impressed in their semi-final win against Waterford as they look to march onto their third All-Ireland in four years.
