Lily Allen proudly admits 'I masturbate' as she launches new sex toy collection

Lily Allen has proudly unveiled her very own sex toy that she says will give women "life-changing" orgasms.

The Smile singer, who recently got hitched to Stranger Things star David Harbour, told women not to be ashamed of their sexuality as she collaborated with company Womanizer.

The mum-of-two told her fans on Twitter : "I'm really excited to reveal something I've been working on with one of my favourite brands @womanizerglobal... My very own sex toy!

"The Liberty is available everywhere now. Womanizer changed my life, and I wanted to share my experience.  http://womanizer.com/lilyallen  "

Lily added: "Women shouldn't be ashamed of their sexuality, and we all deserve to own our pleasure. Hopefully this little toy will help you do that! #IMasturbate"

Lily's toy, The Liberty, will set shoppers back £89, but she guarantees it'll be worth every penny.

Lily, who is described as the company's "Chief Liberation Officer", also stars in an advert for her product.

She says: "Loving yourself should be the most normal thing in the world.

"We all deserve amazing orgasms, right?"

Rolling around on her bed in her pyjamas, she adds: "So let's be open about it.

"I masturbate, do you?"

On the company website, Lily is quoted saying that female masturbation should not be a taboo subject.

She says: "I think the only way to make taboo subjects no longer taboo is to speak about them openly and frequently and without shame or guilt."

She also says about the product: "It changed my orgasmic experience all together. If I want a guaranteed orgasm I will definitely reach for my toys."

The collaboration began after Lily wrote in her autobiography My Thoughts Exactly that she'd recommend Womanizer toys.

She said: "I hope that this collaboration will lead to people feeling that they can talk more freely about masturbation and if somebody like me can talk openly about it without shame then they might feel inclined to try it out for themselves - a whole new world awaits."

Many of her fans were excited by the campaign.

"this is F**KING FANTASTIC," one commented.

Another quipped: "Creating such a BUZZ congratulations"

A third branded her ad: "Superb"
