Lily Allen dedicates her song 'F**k you' to Piers Morgan

Lily Allen dedicated her song "F**k You" to Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan at a special show in Heaven, London, which took place over the weekend.

In celebration of the release of her new album No Shame, the singer performed at a G-A-Y gig where she reportedly made it clear (if she hadn't already) how she feels about Morgan.

"Lily Allen dedicating 'F**k You' to Piers Morgan really made my night," one fan wrote, while another heralded it as "a moment".

Morgan became embroiled in a feud over one of Allen's necklaces earlier in June, because it was shaped like a gun.

Her planned appearance on the show was cancelled after the incident, which she called a "misogynistic abuse of power".

"I didn't cancel you because you're a woman. I cancelled you because you're annoying," Morgan tweeted.

The Independent gave Allen's album No Shame four stars in its review, praising her "return to form... [with] a confident, well-produced and deeply personal work."

"Perhaps the most wonderful thing about the subject matter on each song is that Allen never over-dramatises the already-dramatic – divorce, children, a stalker, media intrusion – rather she tackles it in an offhand and always bluntly honest manner.

"Allen has spoken about the “isolating” experience of dealing with a stalker for two and a half years, and how his actions affected her life and work. That effect is mirrored in the production, on most tracks her voice sounds stark and lonely, albeit with the cheek and hopefulness her fans have loved her for since her debut single “Smile” was released in 2006."
