Could Nicolas Pepe be playing in the Premier League this season?
The Lille winger is a transfer target for many which is no surprise following the stunning season he has just had.
His 22 Ligue 1 goals was a total bettered than by only Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe across the entire division and he also weighed in with 11 assists as he helped his side qualify for the Champions League.
As a result, the Ivory Coast international has been linked with a move to Arsenal. Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Manchester United and Barcelona among other top European clubs.
It's become apparent that Pepe is leaving this summer, but the destination is still up in the air.
But according to Lille president Gerard Lopez, the winger's exit is almost done.
"In terms of departures and arrivals, if a player leaves, we will go and get what we need," Lopez told La Voix du Nord, as per the Metro.
"For Nico, it is almost done and he could have left last summer. It is true that there are big offers and big clubs in for him, so I think [he will leave].
"Aside from that, you never know in football."

Can Gunners supporters start dreaming of Pepe at the Emirates Stadium next season?
Earlier in the year, football.london reported that the north London had a long-standing interest in the winger and even with the departure of head of recruitment Sven Mislintat that view had not entirely dimmed.
And just over a week ago there were some eye-catching reports coming out of France.
It was claimed that Arsenal - who reportedly only have a summer transfer budget of £45m - had launched a £72million bid for the Lille forward.
However, those rumours were swiftly cleared up.
football.london revealed that Arsenal had not bid for Pepe, contrary to reports in France.
The Gunners' first-choice target out wide remains Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha and the latest reports is that they will make another bid before the end of the week.
