Zara is finally coming to Liffey Valley next month after years of waiting.
Residents in the area have been calling out for a Zara store for a long time and their prayers have finally been answered.
The long-awaited arrival will bring new jobs to the area and the new iconic store is set to open in November.
The new shop will be located near Marks and Spencer's, where Topshop used to be.
It’ll be right across from River Island according to a spokesperson from Liffey Valley shopping centre.
Zara is a Spanish apparel retailer that specializes in fast fashion, and products include clothing, accessories, shoes, swimwear, beauty, and perfumes. It is the largest company in the Inditex group, the world's largest apparel retailer.
They are currently advertising for the roles of sales assistant and department manager.
The sales assistants need to be passionate about customer service, Zara’s product and fashion.
They should make sure that the store always looks its best whilst delivering a high level of customer service.
They are seeking individuals that are looking for a challenging yet rewarding career in fashion, that are reliable and hard working.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the latest trends and tendencies, and for customer service. They will work in a fast paced environment where their duties and responsibilities need to adapt to every situation.
Meanwhile, the department manager role offers €37,000 a year. The successful candidate will be responsible for all payroll processes and comply with deadlines.
They will also need to motivate the team to offer a positive customer experience in the department while leading by example.
