Amelia Freer is a qualified nutritional therapist and author of two bestselling books, Cook. Nourish. Glow and Eat. Nourish. Glow. Among her success stories are famous names such as Boy George, James Corden and Sam Smith. She tweets @AmeliaFreer.

Juliet Landau-Pope is a certified coach, professional organiser and study skills expert, with a particular interest in decluttering. Through her work, she motivates people to manage their time and space more effectively. She tweets @jlpcoach.

Samantha Clarke is a happiness consultant and changemaker who specialises in helping companies develop innovative ways to shape culture, relationships and work processes. She tweets @samanthaand_.

Vanessa King is a leading expert in positive psychology, resilience and wellbeing. She has particular expertise in the practical application of the science of happiness. Vanessa is a board member and consultant for Action for Happiness, the UK-based not-for-profit organisation. She tweets @changespace.
