In December 2012 Terry Abraham set about the Western Lakes capturing various angles of Scafell Pike in all seasons for Life of a Mountain: Scafell Pike, a two hour documentary. For much of the time, he worked alone and camped out on the fells for days at a time, completing his final filming in April this year.
The film stars TV broadcasters and presenters Eric Robson and David Powell-Thompson, as well as mountaineer Alan Hinkes OBE, legendary fellrunner Joss Naylor MBE, author Mark Richards, shepherdess Alison O’Neill, Wasdale Mountain Rescue, long distance walker Chris Townsend, National Trust Rangers, the British Mountaineering Council, farmers and more.
