Liel Abada's Celtic arrival due 'within 24 hours' as Israeli winger heads for Glasgow

Celtic could announce attacker Liel Abada within 24 hours, according to an Israeli report.

The Maccabi Petah Tivka star was linked on Monday night with a move to Ange Postecoglou's side as he looks to strengthen for the Premiership season and Champions League qualification campaign.

Abada, 19, found the net 12 times last term and his agent, Dudu Dahan, has strong Scottish links.

He facilitated the transfer of countrymen Beram Kayal, Nir Bitton and Hatem Abd Elhamed to Parkhead.

Former Hibs keeper Ofir Marciano is another of his clients and Abada may be about to become his next Celtic sale.

And Israeli outlet One claims he should touch down in the UK in the next 24 hours.

He is currently in France and should cross the Channel before making his way to Glasgow to pen a four-year deal.

Club Brugge and unnamed Ligue 1 clubs are mentioned in the report as the sides Postecoglou and Celtic have beaten to his signature.
